Had really good stay in February, the staff were thoughtful, location was amazing on the river. The breakfast was generous and extensive for what was on offer, with fresh baked bread and fruit and sausage.

Without a doubt what we liked most was the breakfast; varied and with options for celiacs. rooms have a pillow menu and beds are very comfortable. hotel is right next to an underground station, allows you to move around the city very quickly.
overall cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. There were two towels and one of the pillows that were stained. In the bedside table drawer were the complimentary chocolates from the previous tenants that had melted. pillow menu was painted and what I found most strange was that there were switches and lights on the ceiling but every time you hit it it sounded like a "click" and they didn't turn on, reception told us that it was like that and that only the table lamps and bathroom light turned on, it seemed strange to us. You can tell it's a good hotel, they should take more care of the details and charge more.

Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff; execellent location at former expo area close to railway, subway and airport.
In case you want to experience the old part of Lisbon the hotel location is a bit away although you have metro close by.

We hit up some epic beaches, played beach volleyball and soaked in the sun. The location is perfect, right next to a major shopping center and the train station. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a variety of options to kickstart your day.

Very positive stay of two nights, nothing too much trouble. Spotless hotel, marvellous location in the Center of the Expo developments, incredible breakfast. An excellent hotel, with large rooms, great breakfast and helpful staff, and located just a couple of minutes walk from the shopping centre, Parque das Nacoes and the metro and rail station

Friendly and customer oriented staff. Good location for transport connection to the rest of the city. Excellent location for shopping at Vasco da Gama mall, location to the Oceanarium, the restaurants along the waterside. The room was big and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was excellent.
The train station just beside the hotel as well as the connecting door to the next room made some disturbance. The lighting in the room was a little dark. The decor of the halls seemed a little old and worn.
